Thanks, I kinda messed up but you can't tell...unless you have to pattern right in front of you.

My husband is a guitar player and I've been thinking of making him one and yours is absolutely the best I've seen! I've enjoyed going through your whole thread, really, really nice work! Have you solved the question of what to do with the threads on the back of the geisha yet? (I loved that one, as well, btw!) If not, I may have a suggestion for you. I did lots of other handwork before I discovered this addictive sport and learned good techniques for hanging threads. Let me know if you want an idea. Judy

I'm always up for suggestions! I ended up just braiding them into the tassles...it's tacky but no one sees it. Here's the pattern:

Thanks for the pattern, Lizabeth!
Braiding them into the tassels sounds like a fine idea to me. what I've done is work then into the knots, as I go once I know they are finished (that is, wrap around two instead of one) but If I had a bunch of them like you did, what I would do is thread them onto a sharp needle and loop them through two or three stitches, then you could cut them off as short as you could and they'd be secure. The one draw back to this method is that you would have to do each piece individually and it would take some time. It would, however, be virtually invisible and completely secure.
I actually saw another great guitar pattern yesterday. Now I'm thinking I'm going to make him a bracelet with the four different guitar patterns I have! He wants me to make him a guitar strap!!! I don't think so!

I'd love to see the other guitar patterns you have, could you PM them to me? Please. A guitar strap! Does he want you to be covered in blisters!? lol
